What will you do? - Execute daily production according to recipes and defined standards. - Perform mise en place (preparatory tasks such as sauce preparation, cutting, and thawing). - Ensure timely food availability for service. - Manage and dispose of waste in accordance with established regulations. What are we looking for? - High school diploma. - 1 year of experience in the role within food retail chains. - Eagerness to learn. - Proactive attitude and teamwork skills.
