Warehouse Leader – Food Sector Location: Bogotá – Usaquén A leading company in the food sector seeks a Warehouse Leader with experience in production plants, inventory management, and compliance with sanitary regulations. Required Profile ✔ Technical degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Industrial Administration, or related fields ✔ Minimum 2 years of experience as Warehouse Leader or Warehouse Supervisor in food plants ✔ ERP or WMS system proficiency ✔ Experience in physical and system-based inventory control ✔ Knowledge of FIFO (First-In, First-Out) ✔ Cold chain handling (refrigerated and frozen) ✔ Knowledge of BPM and HACCP ✔ Experience in inventory KPIs and reporting ✔ Availability for rotating shifts Main Responsibilities * Coordinate raw material receipt, storage, and dispatch * Control inventory and expiration dates * Record movements in the ERP system * Supervise storage conditions * Ensure traceability and labeling * Coordinate raw material dosing for production * Lead the warehouse team and ensure compliance with BPM and OHS Employment Conditions Fixed-term contract Salary: $2\.250\.000 (base salary $2\.000\.000 \+ $250\.000 transportation allowance) Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday (1 compensatory day off), 42 hours per week Apply by submitting your resume Job Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site
