At LUM LOGISTICS S.A.S., a company in the logistics sector, we are looking for a Law student at the internship stage who wishes to contribute legal insight, strengthen corporate-environment skills, and grow within a solid and continuously evolving organization. Your Challenge at LUM LOGISTICS Support the Labor Relations and Human Resources Management area in handling disciplinary processes. Collaborate in drafting and reviewing company contracts, minutes, and legal documents. Assist in responding to petitions for rights and tutela actions. Monitor applicable current legal regulations for the logistics and labor sectors. Ensure proper filing and custody of legal and labor case files. Provide support in updating internal regulations and corporate policies. Proficiency in office tools, with emphasis on text composition in Word and data management in Excel. Candidate Profile Law student (eligible to begin professional internship). Must possess institutional endorsement from the educational institution to enter into an active apprenticeship agreement. Genuine interest in Labor Law and human talent management. Excellent writing, spelling, and oral expression skills. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong ethical awareness. Skills and Knowledge Administrative-legal process organization and management. Analytical thinking and legal research capability. Assertive and effective communication.
