Job Summary: We are seeking a Food Loading and Unloading Operator to handle raw materials and finished products, and perform cleaning in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Teamwork and willingness to follow instructions are highly valued **Loading and Unloading Operator** **Company:** Practifruit S.A.S **Required Profile:** We require an Operator for Loading and Unloading of raw materials with at least one (1) year of experience. **Job Title:** Food Loading and Unloading Operator **Job Description:** Daily loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products. Washing of baskets. Following instructions to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Preparing fresh raw materials for dispatch the following day. Supplying raw materials to the production area. Removing organic waste from the production area. Performing cleaning and disinfection duties in the following areas: workstation, waste storage area, and raw material cold room. **Skills:** Reading, writing, addition, and subtraction. Active listening attitude, teamwork, ability to follow instructions, and willingness to comply with directives from supervisors; good interpersonal skills. **Education Level:** High School Diploma. **Work Conditions:** Rotating shifts. Day shifts Monday through Saturday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Work on holidays. **Work Location:** Medellín, northern zone. **Nearest Metro Station:** Caribe. **Contract Type:** Fixed-term employment contract. **Salary:** Current Minimum Monthly Wage plus statutory social benefits and holiday surcharges.
