We seek committed, proactive students with interest in strengthening their knowledge and developing practical experience in an industrial environment. Main Responsibilities Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment and facilities. Monitor maintenance indicators and plans. Assist in preparing and updating technical documentation. Provide support in continuous improvement and automation projects. Support analysis and resolution of equipment and system failures. Carry out tasks assigned by the technical and maintenance departments. Requirements Student of Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering authorized by their institution to undertake professional practice. Possession of a letter of endorsement to begin the practice period. Interest in gaining experience in industrial processes, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Analytical skills, organizational ability, teamwork, and learning orientation. Practice Conditions Apprenticeship contract. Financial support equivalent to 100% of the current legal minimum wage. Affiliation with EPS (Health Promotion Entity) and ARL (Labor Risk Administrator). In-person modality. Location: near Portal El Dorado, Bogotá. What We Offer?
