Sector: Retail Contract: Indefinite-term, directly with the company Are you a strategist with logistics experience? If you have the vision to supervise and ensure proper execution of the logistics area’s production plan, directly intervene in operational process efficiency, and continuously report on operational performance, Requirements: Technical / Technologist / Professional degree in Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics sector. Multidisciplinary knowledge across logistics areas. Must be available to work Sunday to Sunday. Key Responsibilities: Supervise operational process efficiency and implement necessary changes to achieve company objectives. Monitor and report on the performance of assigned mission-critical processes. Supervise and train employees to improve quality standards for each activity. Supervise compliance with operational policies and progress of administrative activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations by monitoring that all personnel properly adhere to hygiene and safety standards within the distribution center. Supervise compliance with working hours and employee adherence to each mission-critical process.
