Participation in the development of new products Position: Pastry Chef Location: Bogota / Santafe Shopping Mall, Local 3\-180 Mora Dulce Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Saturday) Contract Type: Fixed-term contract / 1 year / with a 1-month probationary period Mora Dulce is a brand dedicated to crafting artisanal bakery products, focused on delivering unique experiences through high-quality flavors, textures, and presentations. Are you passionate about the world of baking, cake decoration, and dessert creation? At Mora Dulce, we are looking for a committed, creative, and highly motivated pastry chef to join our team. Responsibilities: * Prepare and bake bakery items (cakes, cupcakes, desserts, etc.) creatively and consistently. * Decorate products with excellent presentation and attention to detail. * Cake covering. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the work area. * Comply with food handling protocols. * Innovate recipes and propose new products. * Fulfill custom orders according to customer requirements. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in pastry, baking, or similar roles. * Knowledge of baking techniques, mixing, fillings, and decoration (creams, fondant, etc.). * Technical training or courses in baking/pastry is desirable. * Knowledge of food hygiene and handling regulations. * Creativity, attention to detail, and aesthetic sense. * Organization, responsibility, and punctuality. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment. * Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts.
