Opportunity to make a real impact on patients' quality of life. **JOIN OUR TEAM AT DAAR HOME-BASED CARE** At **DAAR HOME-BASED CARE**, we are looking for highly qualified **Physical Therapists**, with a service-oriented vocation, a human-centered approach, and clinical commitment, to join our interdisciplinary team in Bogotá. We currently have openings in the **north zone, Suba**, therefore it is essential that, when applying, you **indicate the Bogotá zone where you wish to provide your services**, enabling us to assign patients efficiently and according to your preference. We invite both experienced physical therapists and professionals who have completed their academic training and possess solid clinical foundations, and who are interested in growing within the home-based care model. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments to identify patients’ functional and clinical needs. * Design, implement, and adjust personalized intervention plans based on each patient’s condition. * Provide home-based care with a comprehensive, ethical, and evidence-based approach. * Apply physical rehabilitation techniques, muscle strengthening, functional training, and pain management. * Document each patient’s clinical progress clearly, promptly, and in detail. * Collaborate interdisciplinarily with other healthcare professionals to promote comprehensive, high-quality care. **REQUIREMENTS** * Professional degree in Physical Therapy or completion of all academic program courses. * Minimum 1 year of experience in rehabilitation processes (relevant clinical internships accepted). * **Strong expertise in physical rehabilitation and functional patient management.** * **Certification in techniques such as electrostimulation, kinesio taping (neuromuscular taping), and other complementary therapeutic tools.** * Submission of **verifiable academic documentation and certificates** for courses, diplomas, or additional training. * Ability to adapt treatment plans to each patient’s individual needs. * Effective communication skills, empathy, and teamwork abilities. * Availability for home-based care during flexible hours. * Knowledge of and adherence to biosafety standards and good clinical practices. **WE OFFER** * Service provision contract, paid per session delivered. * Payment per session \+ transportation allowance included. * Flexible scheduling to organize your agenda. * Ongoing professional support and guidance. * Opportunities for continuous training and professional development. * A warm, respectful, and collaborative work environment. * The opportunity to generate real impact on patients’ quality of life from their home environment. **HOW TO APPLY?** Send us your updated resume along with your academic supporting documents. **Grow alongside a team that teaches, inspires, and empowers you to DAAR your best!** Job Type: Freelance Work Location: On-site employment
