Support in team onboarding and training A prominent food company in the city of Pereira requires a PROCESS SUPERVISOR for its workforce, with an excellent attitude and eagerness to learn. Requirements: - Technician in Quality, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related field - Minimum two years’ experience in production plants and supervising operational staff Main Responsibilities: - Verification of BMPs - Completion of forms - Supervision of portioning according to established gram weights - Verification of food handling and use of designated utensils - Supervise and audit compliance with the menu cycle and meal schedules - Verify arrival and delivery times of meals to the facility - Supervise meal dispatch in accordance with diet counts and requests - Count diets and cross-check with the clinic’s software - Verify food temperatures prior to departure from the production center - Support onboarding and training processes.
