Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator for a company marketing color solutions, chemical products, and biotechnological products, with a focus on raw material management, packaging, dispatch, and maintenance. A commercial company specializing in color solutions, chemical auxiliaries, and biotechnological products for industrial sectors including construction, textiles, paper, and cleaning and disinfection is currently seeking personnel for the position of **PRODUCTION OPERATOR**. Education level: High school diploma or technical degree with experience in paint production processes. Salary: $1\.400\.000 plus statutory benefits Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Contract type: Project-based employment. Employment type: Full-time, seasonal staff. **Responsibilities:** Inspect the condition of incoming raw materials and products at the storage warehouse, reporting any anomalies or discrepancies to the Logistics Department. Record quantities used and remaining in the raw material consumption log, ensuring precise control over inputs. Label packaged products with relevant information: name, batch number, weight, and hazard warnings, ensuring all products comply with safety regulations. Receive warehouse dispatch orders and product labels for shipment, verifying alignment with the dispatch order. Perform weighing, transfer, and packaging activities, ensuring products match their labels and dispatch order details. Notify the Logistics Department when products are ready for dispatch and place them in the staging area with correct labeling, verifying weight, batch number, and hazard classification. Maintain loading, unloading, storage, and production areas clean and organized, complying with safety and hygiene standards. Provide support for facility maintenance tasks within the company, such as painting, patching, plastering, etc. Participate in finished goods and raw material inventories together with the Logistics Department.
