Manage and motivate kitchen and service teams. Ensure high standards of quality, service, hygiene, and food safety. Manage inventory, costs, and supplier relationships. Monitor compliance with operational and commercial KPIs at the point of sale. Ensure an exceptional experience for our customers. What We Are Looking For: Technical or university degree in administrative fields, hospitality, gastronomy, or related areas. 3–4 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Administrator. Experience leading operational and administrative teams. Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. Service orientation, leadership, and results focus.
