Responsibilities: Provide appropriate advisory support to customers to resolve their inquiries and communicate company procedures related to warranties, services, and exchanges, ensuring full customer satisfaction. Adhere to established sales principles and standards during store opening and closing, ensuring achievement of performance indicators. Verify that products displayed in the sales area have correct pricing, proper placement, and security systems to deliver an optimal shopping experience. Implement guidelines issued by the Visual Merchandising department regarding product rotation and display, ensuring attractive and organized in-store presentation. Support necessary activities for store operations and perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. Ensure custody and reporting of inventory for the assigned area, immediately notifying any anomalies to minimize loss risks. Participate in product-line-specific inventory counts according to scheduled frequency, promptly reporting identified inconsistencies (e.g., surpluses, shortages, misplacements) to the administrator.
