Requirements - High school diploma with current security training courses. - Minimum 2 years of experience in facility security duties, including personnel entry/exit control, implementation of security protocols, cargo inspection and control, and customer service. · Schedule Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, including nights, with compensatory rest (Saturday or Sunday). Availability for other rotating shifts as required by operations. Employment Conditions Salary: COP $1,786,000 + Statutory Benefits + Night Shift Premiums + Cafeteria + Gym + Brand Discounts. Contract Type: Indefinite-term.
