Job Summary: Lead and coordinate security operations, ensuring VIP protection, risk management, and compliance with protocols, with high responsibility and confidentiality. Key Highlights: 1. Direct, coordinate, and supervise the organization's security operations, ensuring comprehensive VIP protection, preventive risk management, proper administration of internal and external security personnel, and compliance with company-established protocols. Main Responsibilities Ensure comprehensive VIP security through continuous monitoring, security patrols, and preventive risk control. Plan and implement prevention and response strategies for potential threats or emergency situations. Coordinate and supervise drivers, bodyguards, and security personnel under your responsibility. Manage and monitor contracts with external security companies. Respond to emergency calls from the control room, drivers, bodyguards, or general services. Verify that security personnel possess required documentation, credentials, equipment, and resources to perform their duties. Supervise the operation, maintenance, and improvement of security systems, cameras, and other technological tools. Coordinate actions with the Presidency, Administrative Directorate, Human Resources, Accounting, and IT Systems. Support internal investigations in cases of theft, incidents, or events affecting security. Maintain records and track incidents, events, accidents, or situations representing risk. Supervise petty cash, invoices, and expenses related to repairs or maintenance of assets associated with VIPs. Promote continuous improvement of security processes. Requirements University degree or related studies. Preferred specialization or training in Security Management, Security Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in security roles, supervision, coordination, or security team management. Experience leading personnel such as bodyguards, drivers, or surveillance teams. Knowledge of private security and surveillance regulations. Handling of emergency situations, risk analysis, and security protocols. Desirable Courses Basic Bodyguard Course.
