Work Mode: On-site Contract Type: Indefinite Working Hours: Full-time Vacancies: 1 Salary: 1 * Job Mission: Design and automate data processes, ensuring quality and efficiency to enable strategic analysis and support business decision-making. * Main Responsibilities * Design and maintain incentive settlement schemas for various channels. * Automate incentive settlement and Management Control processes. * Migrate processes from SQL / Oracle environments to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring figure consistency and traceability. * Integrate and standardize multiple financial and commercial information sources. * Optimize recurring loads, validations, and workflows associated with closings and reporting. * Build analytical datasets for incentives, management control, and profitability. * Prepare optimized data structures for dashboards in Looker / Looker Studio. * Document critical processes, rules, and workflows to reduce operational risks. * Support cross-functional analyses requested by the Management Control and Incentives Department.
