If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** **Description:** Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring activities assigned to this role, and coordinating with the warehouse manager on plans and improvements related to warehouse operations. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and ensure warehouse assistants perform temperature and relative humidity measurements in the warehouse according to frequencies specified in the procedure, under ambient or controlled environmental conditions. * Ensure and/or operate the WMS for controlling warehouse movements and inventory management. * Ensure proper conditioning of imports and invoices, complying with technical management guidelines so they may be authorized by such management, and control and report quantities of approved conditioned products, considering their quality status, labeling, quantities, location, etc. * Ensure and verify compliance with Good Storage Practices in the warehouse. * Ensure and control access to the warehouse by visitors, personnel, and suppliers, safeguarding compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industrial safety. * Guarantee receipt, processing, and routing of returned products for quality review per established standards, and report findings. * Ensure, control, and verify proper warehouse organization. * Be familiar with various customer agreements; prepare service quality statistics measuring agreed-upon parameters—these statistics must be generated at least monthly (unless otherwise specified in a particular customer agreement). * Prepare monthly operational performance indicators for overall warehouse operations. **Requirements:** Education: Minimum high school diploma Experience: Minimum 6 months in similar roles Availability to work onsite in Siberia Grade 004 Schedule: Monday to Saturday Work Mode: Onsite **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
