Position: Store Manager You will have the opportunity to efficiently manage the resources assigned to your store, lead a high-performance team, and build your future within a solid company growing alongside the country. What We Need From You: Passion for customer service, excellent attitude, and willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team. Technical or university degree holder. 2–3 years of recent experience as a store administrator or team leader, including team leadership, KPI management, and results assurance. Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday rest day. Residence in or availability to work in Cali. Employment Conditions: Indefinite-term contract. Base salary: $2,801,000. Food allowance: $175,000. Overtime pay and statutory benefits fully compliant with Colombian law. Additional Benefits: Job stability in a company that values people.
