Position: Store Operator Job Responsibilities: Customer service with kindness and a service-oriented attitude. Operation of cash registers and payment processing. Stocking and displaying merchandise on shelves. Operational control and assurance of product and process quality. Maintaining store order and cleanliness. Inventory control and management. Required Availability: Monday through Sunday, on rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. One day off per week. Requirements: Reside in Guateque, Boyacá! Availability to perform physically demanding tasks. Desirable: Previous experience in face-to-face customer service. Employment Conditions: Indefinite-term employment contract. Base salary of $1,750,905. Meal allowance of $175,000. Transportation allowance of $249,095. Membership in the Jerónimo Martins Employee Fund. Ara Fiado benefit for easy-payment purchases.
