Provide technical support (remote and on-site) to users, offices, and sales points. Diagnose and resolve technological incidents while meeting service level agreements (SLAs). Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, software, and networks. Manage inventories and the lifecycle of technological equipment. Support implementation of technological solutions (POS, ERP, CRM, e-commerce). Participate in innovation, automation, and artificial intelligence tool utilization projects. What are we looking for? Technical or technological degree in systems or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support. Knowledge of equipment maintenance, networks, software, and office applications.
