Designs and updates innovative learning content At STF Group, we are seeking a Training and Development Analyst who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring training programs that strengthen employees' technical competencies and soft skills, aligned with the organization's strategy and culture. Position Objective Design and implement learning experiences that drive human talent development, promote continuous learning, and ensure adoption of the organizational culture through modern methodologies and digital tools. Main Responsibilities Diagnose and prioritize training needs in collaboration with area and zone leaders. Implement and monitor the annual training plan. Design and update face-to-face and virtual learning content and experiences. Ensure proper execution of the onboarding and role certification process. Manage logistics and budget for training venues. Monitor management indicators and improvement plans. Support performance evaluation processes, feedback, and development plans. Conduct visits to departments or stores to assess practical application of training. Participate in cross-functional area projects (culture, performance, well-being, among others). Requirements Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Communication, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Education, or related fields. 2–5 years of experience in training and development. Knowledge of e-learning platforms, Microsoft Office suite, and design platforms. Desirable experience in commercial, service, or textile/apparel sectors.
