Job Summary: We are seeking a university intern to support the design, implementation, and monitoring of training and development programs in Human Resource Management, Training, and Development. Professional growth and development University Intern – Human Resource Management (Training and Development) Location: Bogotá Modality: 100% in-person university internship (across various agencies in Ramo Venecia, Toberín, Américas, and Central Ramo) Area: Human Resource Management – Training and Development This opportunity is for you! We are looking for a university intern interested in Human Resource Management, Training, and Development, who wishes to learn and contribute to the design, implementation, and monitoring of training and development programs. Responsibilities Support the execution of the annual training plan. Data management Support onboarding and training activities for new employees. Assist in the logistical organization of training sessions (schedules, invitations, attendance). Support the consolidation of training indicators. Support the development and updating of training materials. Provide administrative support to Training and Development department processes. Required Profile University student in final semesters of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Availability to begin university internship (academic requirement). Interest in Human Resource Management, organizational learning, and people development. Basic/intermediate proficiency in Excel and Office tools.
