Manages inventories and ensures animal welfare Company: Sierra Dorada SAS is seeking a Veterinary Doctor – Cattle Farm Administrator Location: Planeta Rica (Cordoba) Job Description A Veterinary Doctor to serve as Cattle Farm Administrator, responsible for the technical, sanitary, and operational management of the cattle herd, ensuring implementation of reproduction programs, animal health, nutrition, and efficient personnel management. Requirements: Professional degree in Veterinary Medicine. Experience: Minimum 2 years. Proven experience in cattle farm administration. Knowledge and experience in: Bovine reproduction programs; sanitary management and disease prevention in cattle; field staff management and supervision; raw material control and administration; productive and sanitary recordkeeping. Main Functions: Lead and supervise operational staff; coordinate and supervise daily farm activities; implement and monitor herd reproductive programs; plan and supervise sanitary programs; manage inventories of concentrates, medications, and mineralized salts; maintain technical and production records; ensure animal welfare and livestock productivity. Competencies: Leadership, planning and organization, results orientation, teamwork, effective communication, problem solving.
