Maintaining order and proper handling of products **Bajo Cero Business Group** is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Assistant – Loading and Unloading to support various operational activities related to the receipt, handling, organization, conditioning, and dispatch of goods. We seek a responsible, dynamic, committed, punctual individual with a positive attitude, willing to perform operational tasks and capable of carrying out duties involving manual handling and transportation of cargo. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive and assist in verifying goods entering the company. * Perform loading and unloading of goods. * Transport, place, and organize products within the warehouse. * Support packaging, repackaging, and conditioning of products. * Prepare and organize goods for dispatch. * Support various operational tasks related to goods received and dispatched by the company. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse and assigned areas. * Ensure proper handling of products during receipt, transportation, storage, and dispatch. * Comply with internal procedures and company-established safety regulations. * Carry out other duties inherent to the position as required to ensure smooth operational execution. **Requirements** * Minimum one (1) year of experience in warehouse, logistics, storage, loading and unloading, packaging, repackaging, or similar roles. * Ability and willingness to perform operational tasks and manually handle goods. * Ability to follow instructions and comply with established procedures. * Availability to work on-site in the Municipal neighborhood of Cali. **Competencies and Skills** We seek an individual characterized by: Responsibility · Punctuality · Commitment · Positive attitude · Dynamism · Organization · Teamwork · Willingness to learn · Compliance with instructions.
