




Receive, unload, and verify incoming goods, ensuring they match invoices and delivery documents. Label, organize, and place products on shelves according to storage policies and compatibility matrices. Conduct periodic inventories, report discrepancies, anomalies, or packaging damage, and support stock updates. Prepare, assemble, and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring proper stock rotation, product care, and adherence to deadlines. Assist in loading and unloading goods, applying safety measures and good handling practices. Inspect the warehouse area for order, cleanliness, and safety conditions to prevent product damage and occupational hazards. Check the operation of equipment such as forklifts, cold rooms, generators, and refrigerators, reporting malfunctions and supporting maintenance activities. Monitor cold room temperatures and perform cleaning and disinfection according to established protocols. Maintain refrigerators and cooling elements ready for dispatch of biological products. Receive goods from suppliers and returns, inspecting their condition and reporting any irregularities. Prepare labels, shipping manifests, and logistical support documentation for carriers when required. Comply with industrial safety standards, personal protective equipment usage, and participation in HSEQ training programs. Report risks, unsafe conditions, and situations affecting inventory, product quality, or safety. Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor related to warehouse operations.
