Chaneme Comercial, Grupo A, a recognized company in the Automotive Parts sector, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Cali to perform the following functions. Your Challenge Will Be: To coordinate, direct, and control the logistics operations of assigned locations related to storage, picking, dispatch, and returns management, guaranteeing operational performance and efficiency, optimal resource management, and contributing to the delivery of efficient service to internal customers, external customers, shoppers, or consumers — thereby supporting business profitability and sustainability. You will lead the budget corresponding to the two business lines (Automotive Parts/Machinery). Management of both direct and indirect work teams (10+ people reporting to you). Some of Your Responsibilities: Coordinate logistics process operations to ensure fulfillment of service commitments, efficiently managing available resources for each process area served. Schedule and execute domestic purchase receipts and imports under your responsibility. Monitor expenses associated with various logistics processes, controlling distribution costs. Track payments to national logistics providers and manage any incidents arising during this process. Candidate Profile Professional with a degree in Logistics or related operational fields, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics processes, team leadership, and personnel administration. (Knowledge in logistics, picking, packing, dispatch, distribution, and transportation required.) Solid proficiency in Google Applications (Google Sheets, Presentations, etc.). Experience with SAP modules: FI, SD, WM, IM. Budget management experience. Conditions Workplace: Cali Schedule: Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. 100% on-site modality. Fixed salary of $4,000,000 + Statutory Benefits.
