Job Summary: Responsible for managing rental equipment, including loading, unloading, cleaning, maintenance, and warehouse organization, as well as inventory recordkeeping. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct loading and unloading of rental equipment 2. Basic cleaning and preventive maintenance of equipment 3. Light corrective maintenance and warehouse organization * **Perform direct loading and unloading** of scaffolding, formwork, and other rental equipment. * **Basic cleaning and preventive maintenance** of equipment upon warehouse entry and exit. * **Carry out light corrective maintenance**, when required (adjustments, tightening, basic functionality checks). * Inspect the physical and functional condition of each item and record damages, shortages, or anomalies. * **Keep warehouse facilities clean and orderly**, including yards, storage areas, transit zones, and workspaces. * Properly organize and classify equipment within the warehouse. * Record **incoming and outgoing items** in the inventory system (Alegra or other software). * Prepare equipment for dispatch and ensure completeness, cleanliness, and good condition.
