**Real Estate Sector Company** requires a **Junior Accountant** for its team — a professionally certified individual with a minimum of **3 to 5 years of experience in accounting roles**, gained through direct employment with companies.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring the proper **accounting, tax, and financial operations** of the organization, guaranteeing information reliability, fulfillment of tax obligations, and compliance with current regulations.
Required Profile
* Certified Professional in **Public Accounting**.
* Minimum of **3 years of experience, preferably between 3 and 5 years**, in comprehensive accounting processes.
* Work experience **certified directly by employer**.
* Up-to-date knowledge of **Colombian accounting, tax, and fiscal regulations**.
* Experience in preparation, analysis, and presentation of **financial statements and their respective notes**.
* Proficiency in **national and local tax return filings**.
* Experience in preparing and submitting **exogenous information** to tax authorities.
* Proficiency in SIIGO accounting software and office tools, especially Excel.
* Analytical ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and adherence to deadlines.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain up-to-date company accounting records, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and their supporting documentation in the accounting software.
* Prepare, analyze, and submit **financial statements**, including their respective notes and disclosures, according to the periodicity established by the organization.
* Timely prepare and file **national and local tax returns**, along with their respective annexes and supporting documents.
* Prepare and submit **tax-related exogenous information** to competent authorities, ensuring the quality and consistency of reported data.
* Perform reconciliations and analyses of various accounting accounts, identifying and promptly addressing potential inconsistencies.
* Issue **accounting and financial certifications**, based on the company’s books and records.
* Ensure proper fulfillment of the organization’s **accounting, tax, and fiscal obligations**.
* Respond to requests from **regulatory bodies, tax authorities, statutory auditors, and internal or external audits**.
* Support required financial and accounting analysis for organizational decision-making.
* Maintain updated accounting records, supporting documents, and documentation, ensuring proper organization and traceability.
* Carry out any other duties related to the position as assigned according to organizational needs.
