Within our team, we seek a Public Accountant to help us ensure accurate accounting management and compliance with our financial obligations. **Profile We Are Seeking:** \- Degree in Public Accounting \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions \- Experience in service companies, real estate firms, or horizontal property entities \- Knowledge of Accounting Standards (IFRS) \- Knowledge of Colombian tax legislation \- Proficiency in accounting and/or real estate software \- Knowledge of trusts, insurance companies, or mandate agreements (desirable) \- Financial analysis skills **Your Responsibilities:** \- Prepare and review financial statements \- Conduct monthly and annual accounting closings \- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable \- Prepare reports for management and the finance department \- Perform bank reconciliations \- Prepare and file taxes (VAT, withholding taxes, ICA, income tax) \- Ensure compliance with obligations before the Colombian Tax Authority (DIAN) and regulatory bodies \- Support internal and external audits \- Generate financial reports for management **We Offer:** * Indefinite-term employment contract * Working hours from Monday to Friday * Opportunity for growth Build your future with us and take your talent to the next level!
