Productos La Carreta LTDA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Electromechanical Technician to join our continuously growing team. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Leader, the selected candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electromechanical equipment—including electric motors, electronic control devices, and pneumatic systems; reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and mechanical schematics; performing tests and adjustments on electromechanical equipment to ensure proper operation; and promptly and efficiently diagnosing and resolving issues in electromechanical equipment. Requirements: At least one year of experience as a technician or in electromechanics-related fields. Solid knowledge of electricity, pneumatics, electric motors, and electronic control devices. Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical diagrams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Availability to work rotating shifts and flexible hours.
