Position Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources professional with planning and organizational capabilities to manage payroll, social security, recruitment, training, and employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage payroll, social security, and employee settlements.
2. Ensure recruitment and administration of the organization's personnel.
3. Promote occupational well-being and labor relations.

· The main functions and responsibilities of this position include:
· -Process payroll and disability-related incidents and verify them before final settlement.
-Cleanse inconsistencies to generate the pre-payroll report.
-Prepare employee settlement documents for resignations, vacations, and social benefits.
-Handle the company’s social security obligations in compliance with applicable laws.
-Review and process payroll for direct and temporary staff within parameters established by the Organization.
-Submit electronic payroll in compliance with applicable laws.
-Manage payments for wage garnishments, voluntary pensions, AFC accounts, and voluntary savings, completing and delivering respective forms to Accounting.
-Account for payroll and related monthly documentation.
-Conduct month-end closing and generate corresponding reports.
This position’s main functions and responsibilities include:
- Timely management of personnel requisitions from the Organization.
- Enrollment of personnel in social security entities and completion of other required procedures.
- Ensuring recruitment to fill vacancies required by the company.
- Managing information related to positions and personnel within the Organization.
- Entering and reporting payroll incidents during established cutoff periods.
- Executing and administering training and development plans.
- Managing, implementing, and promoting the company’s established well-being policy.
- Requesting cleaning and cafeteria services for the corresponding office location.
- Ensuring proper development of labor relations.
- Supporting and ensuring compliance with company policies and internal regulations (RIT).
- Managing the supplier and service provider handling plan.
- Supporting specific tasks within the Human Resources department.
- Performing all duties in accordance with the company’s established standards and procedures.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education and experience in Talent Management, Social Security, and databases.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in office software.
SALARY
$ 2.127.405
Non-taxable allowance
$ 200.000
Statutory transportation allowance
$249.095.
