Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive Human Talent Manager to lead the area, designing and strengthening strategies for development, training, and knowledge management, thereby impacting all organizational processes. A leading company in the marketing of raw materials for the rubber and plastic industry, with 30 years of market presence, is seeking a HUMAN TALENT MANAGER who is persevering and results-oriented, with the ability to lead and elevate this critical area to a level that impacts all organizational processes. You will be responsible for designing, leading, and strengthening training, development, and knowledge management strategies, ensuring employees’ professional growth and alignment of their competencies with the organization’s strategic objectives. Main Responsibilities: Update job profiles and develop the staff development plan. Lead the performance evaluation process. Support the training and development area. Lead, manage, and implement the wellness program, psychosocial risk management, and organizational climate activities. Manage or coordinate administrative processes. Requirements Professional degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Specialization in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Human Talent Management, or related areas. Minimum 4 years of experience leading training, organizational development, performance management, or corporate learning processes. Experience implementing career plans, leadership development, and change management. Proficiency in management indicators and impact evaluation of development programs.
