Job Summary: Supervise and support the Project Director in administrative, planning, organizing, directing, and controlling activities related to resources to successfully complete construction projects. Knowledge of leadership and administration An Electrical Engineer is required to work on the Energy Grid Maintenance Project across various municipalities in Antioquia. Main office located in Itagüí. The role's mission is to supervise and support the Project Director in administrative, planning, organizing, directing, and controlling activities related to assigned resources—including personnel, budget, equipment, and materials—to meet technical, cost, and schedule requirements, thereby ensuring successful project completion. Minimum 1 (one) year of experience in activities related to project/operations administration, control, coordination and/or management, and/or personnel management.
