Job Summary: We are seeking a Plant Operator with experience in plant, oilfield, and industrial operations, proficiency in handling variables such as temperature and pressure, and knowledge of fluids and pumping equipment. An oil & gas sector company dedicated to the production and marketing of hydrocarbon-derived products requires a PLANT OPERATOR for its team, with a minimum of ONE YEAR of experience in plant, oilfield, and industrial operations (preferably related to hydrocarbons and pumping equipment), and capable of monitoring and controlling variables such as temperature and pressure. Education: (High School Diploma / Technical / Technologist) Certified Knowledge: Fluid handling (preferably hydrocarbons), pumping equipment, and control of variables such as temperature and pressure JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Filter washing 2. Tank measurement 3. Transfer of processed crude 4. Loading and unloading of crude product. 5. Opening and closing of valves 6. Boiler control 7. Measurement of wastewater, treated water, and rainwater. 8. Pump maintenance. 9. Spill containment 10. Handling and knowledge of mechanical components and rotating machinery 11. Other functions related to hydrocarbon plants Schedule: Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday with one compensatory day during the week.
