At Enecon SAS, we are seeking a Renewable Energy Director responsible for end-to-end leadership of the design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial and commercial photovoltaic solar projects. We seek a professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and in-depth knowledge of photovoltaic asset engineering, EPC, and operations processes. This role is critical to leading sustainable energy projects and contributing to the development of innovative solutions. Responsibilities: Lead the company’s technical strategy for photovoltaic projects. Oversee construction, installation, energization, and commissioning of projects. Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, statutory, and safety standards. Manage contractors, third-party inspectors, and suppliers during construction and operational phases. Monitor technical performance indicators, availability, generation, and asset efficiency. Identify opportunities for technical optimization, cost reduction, and improved project reliability. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate specialization in Renewable Energy, Project Management, Power Systems Engineering, or related areas. Minimum 8 years of experience in the electrical sector and project-related roles. Minimum 5 years of experience leading photovoltaic projects during engineering, construction, and commissioning phases. Proven experience managing EPC contracts and operation & maintenance (O&M) of solar power plants. Solid knowledge of electrical regulations, energy regulations, and applicable standards for photovoltaic systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
