Handle the company’s internal and external service requests to ensure the operation of distribution systems; identify potential field anomalies during site visits; address facility incidents and/or users’ technical advisory requests. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing service orders for suspension and/or reconnection issued by the Accounts Receivable and periodic review processes. Managing consumption deviation requests (high or low consumption) issued by the Billing process within established timeframes. Managing SIAS and/or PQR service requests. What are we looking for in you? High school diploma. Residence in La Dorada. Minimum of 1 year of experience related to maintenance and construction projects or in operations and maintenance areas.
