




**JOB MISSION** Create and design incentive or loyalty strategies for new clients and retention strategies for existing clients across countries; through conceptualizing launch events and developing customized travel proposals, tailored to client requirements and typology; integrating strategy with creativity to build a robust incentive plan that meets client needs and achieves their KPIs. **JOB COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS** **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE (IN THIS POSITION AND GENERAL FUNCTIONS):** Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading processes involving program design, trade marketing, and management of communication channels. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** * Marketing. * Campaign development. * Strong spelling and writing skills. * Campaign strategy. * Market knowledge. **FUNCTIONS:** * Develop incentive strategies for various countries. * Propose incentive strategies for new clients. * Conceptualize incentive programs.
