Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Commercial Assistant to support commercial management, develop presentations and reports, and coordinate schedules, with a focus on professional growth. Cubo Digital Colombia SAS is a new advertising agency focused on mass consumption, specializing in commercial furniture development, print materials, and point-of-sale campaigns. We were founded with the goal of becoming a benchmark in the retail and point-of-sale industry, collaborating with brands and retailers to deliver impactful in-store experiences. We are a young team with big ambitions and are looking for people who want to be part of this growth from day one. What Will You Do in This Role? You will provide support in the team’s commercial management and coordination; create and update PowerPoint presentations for clients and proposals; organize and manage files in Google Drive; prepare reports and follow-ups in Excel; assist in drafting commercial proposals in Word; coordinate schedules, meetings, and deliverables for the department; and track customers throughout the commercial process. You will also participate in visual communication tasks and support the presentation of point-of-sale projects. What Are We Looking For? We seek a candidate with technical or professional education in Administration, Communication, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Drive is essential. We especially value excellent oral and written communication skills, natural charisma when interacting with clients and teams, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude when working under pressure. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, creative, and highly detail-oriented. Knowledge of graphic design or tools such as Canva, Illustrator, or similar is considered a plus, though not mandatory. What Do We Offer?
