Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide high-quality service and resolve customer inquiries. 2. Manage sales and organize the store. 3. Foster an environment of reverence and respect. This position supports preparing the way for the work of salvation and exaltation by fostering an environment of reverence and respect, and by helping customers make informed decisions about products. * Deliver high-quality service when interacting with customers in person to handle orders and customer service inquiries, receive complaints or feedback, manage conflicts, and make decisions within the scope of responsibilities. * Process and record sales in the system. * Organize opening and closing activities for the Temple store, such as cash reconciliation and balancing. * Receive incoming materials, unpack merchandise, and ensure effective product display through proper rotation and restocking on shelves according to classification. * University or technical students majoring in Administration, Communication Sciences, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in customer service, direct sales, supermarket shelf-stocking, and/or retail. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Exceptional dedication to customer service. * Verbal communication and negotiation skills; ability to interact effectively at all levels; proactive, honest, organized, detail-oriented, accustomed to working with precision and order, mentally agile in performing basic mathematical operations, and capable of multitasking. * Intermediate English (preferred). * Availability to work rotating shifts from Tuesday to Saturday.
