**Key Activities and Responsibilities**
* Provide excellent customer service with timely and accurate information.
* Support pre-sales and post-sales service management.
* Provide scientific and technical support to users of the business’s products and instruments.
* Assist in developing and executing customer promotion and communication programs that support the organization’s product sales and marketing.
* Continuously train on technical\-scientific aspects related to the segment’s solutions and products.
* Stay updated on products, competitive offerings, and emerging clinical practices and improvements.
* Support business management, Marketing Coordination, Lead Developer, and the segment’s Clinical Leader.
* Collaborate with the sales force and Technical Support Engineer on activities focused on internal and external business customers.
* Implement and support the plan to optimize sales, market penetration, increase market share, and maintain existing business.
* Understand and implement policies, procedures, and regulations to uphold corporate compliance standards.
* Maintain open and assertive communication channels with the entire team and personnel involved in the sales process, customers, and other stakeholders.
* Establish and maintain relationships with institutional stakeholders and power sponsors, as well as key opinion leaders, with emphasis on the research segment.
* Identify needs of public and private institutions and plan and execute appropriate institutional engagement through project development.
* Conduct implementations for the projects mentioned above.
* Lead the planning and execution of the aforementioned projects, as well as all new and maintenance engagements within institutions.
* Execute the training/capacitation plan for all business platforms—clinical teams, commercial teams, and institutional users—as well as BD partners requiring such support.
* Gather market intelligence to support marketing initiatives and new product launches.
* Deliver operational training, product handling guidance, and support during technology (instruments/reagents) adoption by customers.
**Education and Experience Requirements**

* University degree in health sciences and/or basic sciences; Master’s and/or PhD preferred.
* Laboratory and technical training experience: desirable in flow cytometry, sequencing, molecular biology, cell culture, bioinformatics, and clinical techniques.
* Knowledge of immunology, hematology, and cellular and molecular biology: mandatory.
* Proficiency in scientific literature searching and management of funding resources.
* English proficiency level B2: equivalent to upper-intermediate level.
