Job Summary: Mechanical Engineering professional to provide technical and administrative support for industrial maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability in continuous process environments. Job Objective: Provide technical and administrative support in executing mechanical maintenance tasks and projects, ensuring equipment reliability and availability. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Graduated with valid professional license. Experience: 3–5 years of experience supervising industrial mechanical maintenance in food, chemical, or related industries, preferably in continuous process plants. Associated Technical Knowledge: - Proficiency in Office, SAP PM, and maintenance administrative management tools. - Experience in maintenance and reliability of rotating and static equipment: pumps, compressors, gearboxes, centrifuges, heat exchangers, cooling towers, fans, blowers, and industrial piping systems. - Knowledge of laser alignment, equipment assembly/disassembly, industrial lubrication, vibration analysis, and basic failure analysis. - Experience in executing and supervising preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. - Coordination and supervision of contractors and field technical personnel. Interpretation of mechanical drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, and technical manuals. - Knowledge of maintenance activity planning and scheduling. - Monitoring and control of maintenance management KPIs (availability, PM compliance, downtime, MTBF, MTTR). - Knowledge of industrial safety, work permits, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and risk analysis. - Preferred experience in continuous process plants and handling critical equipment. Valid certification for safe work at heights.
