Job Summary: Mercaimpulsadora to visit retail points, ensure product assortment and display, and manage promotions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily management of retail points and product display 2. Ensure correct application of prices and promotions 3. Handling of advertising materials and inventory replenishment We are seeking a Mercaimpulsadora: Location: Bogotá Your responsibilities will include: - Daily visits to assigned retail points (supermarkets, retailers, department stores, and events). - Ensuring proper product assortment and display according to brand guidelines. - Installing and maintaining advertising and display materials in good condition. - Verifying stock levels, product rotation, and preventing stockouts. - Managing preferred locations and additional displays. - Ensuring correct pricing and promotion activation. Requirements: - Technical or technological degree in Administration (preferred). - 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or retail sectors. - Basic knowledge of product display, POP material handling, and inventory replenishment. - Experience in activations, product promotion, and reporting information using digital tools. Compensation: $2,000,000 + transportation allowance + meal allowance. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary Education Less than 1 year of experience
