Opportunity for professional development We are looking for a welder with experience in MIG welding for lightweight structures to join FROG DESIGN S.A.S. in a stable position offering professional growth opportunities. The selected candidate must demonstrate skills in blueprint reading and interpretation, as well as proficiency in MIG welding for lightweight structures. The welder must possess a solid understanding of technical drawings to execute precise, high-quality welding projects. MIG welding is an essential skill for this role, and the candidate is expected to perform this technique efficiently and accurately. This is an on-site position, and the welder is expected to regularly attend FROG DESIGN S.A.S.'s office. We seek a professional capable of working collaboratively and willing to assume responsibilities across diverse projects. Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure will be viewed favorably. Salary payments are made monthly, at the end of each month. Candidates must reside 100% within the city and be available to complete an in-person practical test and interview at the company; virtual interviews are not conducted. Candidates must note, prior to applying, that the salary consists of a fixed amount of $2,399,095 (base + transportation + meals) and a target amount of $2,579,095, plus an additional productivity bonus. Overtime pay and statutory benefits are provided. The salary is fixed and non-negotiable.
