Enmedio is a Colombian technology and communications company with over 20 years in the market, pioneering and leading Digital Signage in Latin America. We currently operate in Colombia, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, and Chile, and continue expanding across the region. We are seeking an Operational Technician for the Sabana Norte zone—specifically Chía, Cajicá, or up to Calle 185. The role’s mission is to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, and inspection of displays and other technological equipment, as well as support the implementation of new Digital Signage projects. Main Responsibilities: * Respond to technical incident reports generated by clients, ensuring rapid and effective resolution. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on displays and other equipment according to established quality standards. * Diagnose and repair technical failures, replacing defective parts and components when necessary. * Travel to various locations to conduct on-site inspections and repairs, minimizing equipment downtime. * Carry out any other duties related to the position. What Do You Need? * A motorcycle and up-to-date documentation. * Willingness to learn, explore, and grow with us. * Residency in Chía, Cajicá, or Bogotá up to Calle 185. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including one hour for lunch. Saturdays, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Additional compensated shifts.
