Management of digital information publishing and maintenance **At Julius, we are seeking an Operations Coordinator** It is mandatory that the candidate resides in Medellín or its surrounding areas. **Contract Type:** * Indefinite-term. **Required Education** Professional or Technologist in Social Communication, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, Graphic Advertising Communication, Marketing, or related fields. **Complementary Education (Desirable)** * Digital marketing. * Productivity and team management. * Proficiency with team management tools. **Experience** Minimum 1 year of experience in the role, preferably within advertising or digital marketing agencies. **Specific Knowledge** * Content setup on any of the following CMS: DNN/EVOQ, WordPress, Drupal, or Adobe Experience Manager. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Attention to detail. * Basic SEO knowledge. * Basic web accessibility knowledge. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate the content, design, and digital governance teams, ensuring proper alignment among involved areas and adherence to strategic and branding guidelines. * Plan, assign, and supervise team tasks and activities, guaranteeing timely publishing, updating, and maintenance of information across digital assets. * Monitor the SEO strategy, ensuring continuous website optimization through technical improvements, content optimization, interlinking, metadata structuring, and organic positioning best practices. * Collaborate with the metrics and SEO team to generate periodic reports with key indicators and propose actions for continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with digital governance, accessibility, usability, and content management best practices for the portal. * Coordinate with technical and development teams to implement required adjustments for website optimization.
