We are looking for a Quality Engineer with extensive knowledge of specialized materials in the metal-mechanical and wood sectors, who will be responsible for reviewing the finished product at each stage of the production process. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative technical solutions for custom furniture projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards in production processes and project execution, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and promoting continuous improvement within the organization. Position Objective Plan, implement, and monitor quality management system processes, verifying that products and processes meet technical, regulatory, and customer requirements. Main Responsibilities  Conduct quality inspections and controls in production processes and finished products.  Manage non-conformities and corrective and preventive action plans.  Conduct internal quality audits.  Verify compliance with technical specifications during production and installation.  Support continuous improvement and standardization processes.  Coordinate actions with production, design, and project teams, as well as other duties inherent to the position. Academic Qualifications  Technical, Technological, or Professional degree in: o Quality Engineering o Industrial Engineering o Production Engineering o Mechanical Engineering o Process Engineering o or related fields Experience  Minimum 2 years in roles related to quality management or control.  Experience in manufacturing, metal-mechanical, furniture, or industrial production companies (preferred).
