Job Summary: Responsible for technical support, maintenance of technological equipment, and infrastructure administration, ensuring information security. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support and preventive/corrective equipment maintenance. 2. Management of technological infrastructure, networks, and information security. 3. Inventory administration and user management. Responsible for providing technical support and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on technological equipment (computers, printers, servers, phones, scanners, and peripherals). Must ensure information security through backup copies, administer and maintain an up-to-date inventory of computing equipment, manage users across various information systems, and guarantee the proper operation of the technological infrastructure (networks, structured cabling, Wi-Fi, internet, and IP telephony). Additionally, duties include equipment installation and assembly, printer administration and supply management, organization of spare parts and tools within the systems department, and control of technological equipment loans to staff (laptops, projectors, and mobile phones). Also supports other activities related to the technology area. Required Profile Professional or technologist in Systems Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience Attention to detail; strong interpersonal communication skills for interaction with different departments. Ability to work in teams, with good emotional management and a proactive approach. Organization and task prioritization.
