Main Responsibilities • Management and monitoring of shopping carts and marketplaces. • Product management and updates on web platforms. • Commercial support and assistance to digital customers. • Sales, order, and conversion tracking. • Implementation of commercial strategies across digital channels. • Optimization of listings and products through SEO and SEM. • Analysis of digital campaign metrics and performance. • Support for e-commerce strategies and digital positioning. • Coordination with commercial, logistics, and marketing departments. • Identification of opportunities to improve customer experience. Requirements • Experience managing web platforms, e-commerce, or marketplaces. • Knowledge of SEO and SEM. • Proficiency with digital tools and sales platforms. • Experience in digital sales and customer service. • Knowledge of digital advertising.
