What will be your mission? · Ensure accurate recording, control, and analysis of the company’s accounting and financial information, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations and supporting business decision-making. Your day-to-day responsibilities · Perform bank reconciliations promptly and accurately. Execute accruals for invoices and other accounting documents. Manage the legalization and control of advances. Prepare account analyses and reconciliations. Support tax calculation and review processes. Participate in monthly accounting closings and generation of financial reports. Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of accounting information. What we are looking for in you · Technical degree or 8th-semester student in Public Accounting. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of: Bank reconciliations Invoice accruals Advance legalization Account analysis Taxes Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis).
