As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate transaction recording in compliance with current regulations. Work in a dynamic environment where innovation is our priority and where you will have the opportunity to grow professionally. **Responsibilities:** * Record and reconcile accounting transactions in financial information systems. * Monitor income and expenses arising from events and conventions. * Prepare bank reconciliations and track accounts receivable and payable. * Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports. * Review invoicing to customers, suppliers, and commercial partners. * Ensure compliance with tax obligations, withholding taxes, and parafiscal contributions. * Support the preparation of event budgets and verify their execution. * Maintain the company’s accounting and documentary records up to date. * Coordinate with other departments (logistics, commercial, administrative) for proper resource management. * Participate in internal and external audits by providing required information. **Requirements:** * Academic background: Degree or technical degree in Public Accounting, Financial Administration, or related fields. * Experience: 2–3 years in similar positions. * Knowledge of: IFRS standards, Colombian tax legislation, advanced Excel, and accounting software (e.g., SIIGO, SAP, World Office, or similar). * Skills: Organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure. **Education Level:** * Bachelor's degree **Position:** * Accounting Analyst **Other Skills: Technical Skills:** * Advanced Excel * Accounting software **Interpersonal Skills:** * Organization * Attention to detail We offer: * Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience * Social benefits * Indefinite-term contract Workplace: * Location in Bogotá, Chapinero * 100% on-site Workplace: On-site employment
