Job Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant I to provide operational and administrative support to various areas of the organization, contributing to the organization of internal processes and the well-being of employees and visitors. Main Responsibilities Physical and digital document organization and filing Digitization (scanning) of information Support in internal messaging Classification of accounting and administrative documents Logistical support for wellness activities Preparation of venues for events Organization of logistics-related documents Reception and orientation support for visitors (with accompaniment) Basic database updates Requirements High school diploma (minimum) Technical degree in administrative management or related fields (preferred) Minimum experience: 1.5 years (high school graduates) 6 months (technical graduates; internships apply) Basic proficiency in office software Working Conditions Contract: Fixed-term contract for 6 months (renewable) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Work Mode: On-site Location: Bogotá, Calle 26. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical program years of experience People with disabilities: Yes Keywords: apprentice, internship, trainee
